What is Enactus UCalgary?

Enactus is a worldwide non-profit organization composed of 72,000 students across the world, who are using the power of entrepreneurial action to enact positive change.

Enactus UCalgary is the University of Calgary branch of Enactus. We are a non-profit organization focused on driving positive social, environmental, and economic change through entrepreneurship. Through our student-led projects, we utilize business knowledge and an educational approach to foster entrepreneurial  development, economic and environmental sustainability, and youth empowerment in Calgary and surrounding communities. 

We currently run 5 projects focused on entrepreneurship

  • GREENBIZ

    Provide pro-bono sustainability consulting to small businesses and help them adopt eco-friendly practices.

  • EMPOWER

    Support immigrant women in overcoming barriers and developing the entrepreneurshipskills needed to successfully start their own business.

  • INCLUSION POWERS ENTREPRENEURSHIP

    Support neurodiverse individuals to flourish in the field of entrepreneurship, ensuring they feel valued, understood, and capable.

  • POSSABILITY

    Encourage high school students to make informed financial decisions by promoting financial literacy.

  • TELERA

    Support local businesses, social enterprises, and non-profits by providing pro-bono consulting with a focus on social entrepreneurship.
